Description We are offering a role in the Government industry located in SEATAC, Washington, United States. This role functions as a Communications Manager and focuses on developing and implementing communication and digital media outreach to support the city’s communications program. This employment opportunity is contract-based and will require a great deal of independent thinking.Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication and digital media outreach strategies Utilize advanced knowledge of social media and multimedia channels to enhance the city's communication program Facilitate ongoing improvements to the city's online platforms Write and edit communication materials for websites, social media platforms, online surveys, email newsletters, and video scripts Monitor user feedback and track/report on web and social media analytics Lead citywide efforts to develop web and social media marketing campaigns Utilize CRM, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools for campaign planning and social media management Manage budget processes and write press releases as required.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in CRM Experience in utilizing Facebook Insights for marketing strategies Proficient in Google Analytics Experience in planning and executing Advertisement campaigns Knowledge of Budget Processes in the marketing context Proven experience in Campaign Planning and implementation Excellent Communication and Writing Skills Experience in creating and managing Email Newsletters Ability to Write Press Releases effectively Proven skills in Social media management Relevant work experience in a government setting Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to marketing strategies Proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategiesInnovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
