Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Senior Technical Recruiter in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in Human Resources.

In this position, you will lead the recruitment process for assigned business lines to identify, attract, and engage diverse, top talents. You will partner with business leaders and stakeholders as well as Talent Management and HR team members, to understand the business talent needs and translate this into strategies to drive successful hires. In addition, this role will utilize the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all applicants are moved through the hiring process efficiently and effectively while maintaining data accuracy and data analysis. And lead offer negotiation and presentation to candidates.

This position requires up to 25% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $81,000 - $105,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
