Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 4) to join our Business Operations team in Renton, Washington.This position will be responsible for providing data driven insights to assist the 737 Leadership Team make decisions within the program. This role will also partner with the various functional analytics teams in creating innovative Business Intelligence and Analytics, timely and automated dashboards, and accurate data models for Program Management.Position Responsibilities:

737 Program Leader responsible for owning Program KPIs including Production Health KPIs tied to FAA integration.

Collaborates with 737 program functional leaders on determining KPI supporting data needed for decision-making.

Leads in assessing requirements to develop Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives.

Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices and business expertise to deliver solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes.

Recommends process improvements utilizing digital tools and automation.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience in writing and using SQL

3+ years of experience in building intuitive and useful Tableau dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions

3+ years of experience developing executive level presentations, integrating technical & non-technical content, and utilizing appropriate technologies to facilitate

3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions

3+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Knowledge and expertise in complex operation processes and systems, ideally within Business Operations and/or Boeing Commercial Airplanes expertise

The ability and skill to work independently in a professional manner
