Description We are offering an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator based in Renton, Washington, United States. The primary role will be to ensure the accurate preparation and distribution of payroll for employees. This role is vital for the maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Administer semi-monthly audits and payroll processing. Update and manage direct deposit information and 401K and Health Savings Account Deposits. Fix time sheets and handle payroll for approximately 140 people. Use ADP WFN and other relevant software for payroll processing. Manage and process bonuses in January. Create GL file to post to GL. Work closely with both accounting and HR teams for effective communication and workflow. Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned relating to payroll administration. Utilize skills such as 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', 'Ceridian', '401k - RRSP Administration', 'Accounting Functions', 'Benefit Functions', 'Health Savings Account', 'Time Keeping', 'Payroll - 101 - 500 Employees'. Requirements Proven experience in the role of Payroll Administrator or similar. Proficiency using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Experience with Ceridian software. Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration. Familiarity with Accounting Functions and Benefit Functions. Experience managing Health Savings Account. Expertise in Time Keeping practices. Experience managing payroll for 101 - 500 employees. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical skills and a deep understanding of financial and payroll legislation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
