Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join our 737 Final Assembly team in Renton, Washington.In this role, you will be responsible for managing both short and long-term requirements, including data analysis, metrics maintenance, and collaboration with partners. As a Staff Analyst, you will assist in the development and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives. Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with the other staff analyst team members, sharing best practices and helping the team be successful. This is an impactful position where you can work closely with organization leaders, analyze strategic issues, and provide recommendations for implementation. Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials.

Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data.

3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly.

3+ years of experience in a role that requires organizational Skills with the ability to prioritize.

3+ years of experience in a role that requires project management.

Experience with; Microsoft 365, Tableau.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
