Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager (Level K) to support the Fulfillment organization in Renton, WA. In this role, you will manage employees applying industrial engineering techniques and concepts to optimize production system design, operational efficiency, and after-market services.The Fulfillment organization provides seamless support to customers, both internal and external, modernizing how to receive, track, and deliver parts. Fulfilment manages products from on dock through last stage kitting to point of use. Areas of responsibility include but not limited to: hazmat and consumables, standards, small and bulk parts, tooling, expedite, and material integration center support.The successful candidate will have strong engineering expertise with the ability to develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals. As an Industrial Engineering Manager, you will acquire resources for projects and processes and lead process improvements.Position Responsibilities:

Leads team of Industrial Engineers performing detailed process & data analysis and implementing process improvements to enable the efficient, stable operation of Renton Site Fulfillment teams

Partners with other Fulfillment Industrial Engineering Managers to develop and maintain standard processes & key performance indicators

Leads the documentation and deployment of best practices across sites for Fulfillment Industrial Engineering

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years’ experience in industrial engineering and/or systems engineering.

Experience in leading teams.

Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in demonstrating creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues.
