Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting Executive Management, Project Managers, Senior Estimators, and the Preconstruction Manager with any requested tasks. This position will also assist with internal policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle through execution.Responsibilities:  Support field project staff at multiple locations with document management.  Provide direct support to Project Executive and Vice President for various duties as assigned including supporting pre-bid visits and estimating activities such as:   Manage RFP files and creating link access to subcontractors.   Gather subcontractor information for proposals.   Distribute Invitation to Bid (ITB).   Correspond with subcontractors to confirm interest and attendance of project site walks.   Post Request for Information (RFI) response to government database for review.   Assist in developing technical and pricing proposals as directed.   Assist in printing of any hard copy documents that need to be included with submittal of final proposals.  Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors in obtaining and evaluating quotes for supplies and services.  Facilitate permit applications with local authorities, environmental agencies and state or federal entities.  Track and obtain subcontractor Insurance Certificates.  Coordinate the follow up on subcontractor Certified Payroll.  Coordinate the preparation of contract submittals such as QC plans, safety plans, vendor data, etc.  Prepare and track the progress of Request for Information during project execution.  Provide input to senior management regarding project status.  Assist with preparation and maintenance of project schedules, make travel arrangements, assist in accounting as needed.  Assist with preparation and review of project submittals and closeout documents including:   Submittal logs   Meeting minutes   Monthly schedule updates   Daily reports   O&M documentation   As-built drawings  Assist in ordering services for site office including:   Office phone/internet   Dumpster/trash pick up   Copier/printer lease   Office trailer maintenanceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. Associates or Bachelor's degree.

  Familiarity with the US Army COE Resident Management Systems.

  Experience with RMS 3.0. null
