You’ll be the face of our life-changing products, you’ll drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and you’ll help healthcare professionals deliver world-class care to patients using innovative medical technologies.As the Multimedia Content Intern you will support any multimedia content needs of the Virtual training team to include but not limited to AR.VR model creation, video editing, document and training editing and creating templates. Support the team in problem solving, creating content, and troubleshooting multimedia issues.The Military DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. Separating Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval. GE HealthCare as a Skill Bridge partner offers real-world training and work experience in in-demand fields of work while having the opportunity to evaluate the Service member’s suitability for the work. Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE HealthCare, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Provide video editing support.

Support AR/VR model creation and implementation into training.

Support building video training content creating try-its, story-lines, etc.

Help manage and update Virtual team’s A/V and product assets and manage multi-media licensing for the team.

Support internal training events/conferences with A/V support.

Act as liaison to distribute technical updates to cross functional teams and other segments.

Required Skills/Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Proficient in video editing, multimedia platforms, content creation.

Self-management and organizational skills.

Familiarity with networking in information technology

Extensive knowledge and troubleshooting expertise of A/V equipment and production hardware and software.

Excellent proactive communication skills.

Ability to develop, set, and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.

Experience with production and multi-media tools.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS/BA or Technical degree in AV support or equivalent or 3 years of experience in related field

Comfortable interacting and presenting in the virtual environment

Driven by advancements in the role of technology to promote new methods of remote sessions

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills from a remote environment

Interpersonal and telephone communications skills with exceptional professional disposition and demeanor

Desired Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with multimedia broadcasting software and tools

Familiarity with Computer networking and Virtual Machines

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team

Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Strong communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages

Knowledge in production and multi-media tools (HD cameras, production, and conferencing software)

Experienced in demonstrating products and solutions to a variety of audiences
