- Continued activation of strategy and scaling multiple, concurrently running Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across a growing and geographically diverse organization
- Help manage the D&I strategy and enabling D&I initiatives, outcomes and strategies with D&I Exec Sponsor, Chief of Staff, HR and engage with the leadership to set priorities and monitor progress
- Help lead the project management lifecycle of programs designed to enhance the culture of the org, applications and inclusion tools across a large organization
- Help manage and guide a twenty+ person D&I v-team
- Communications and support across organization including newsletters, collateral content, posts generating awareness on internal communications tools, etc.
- Establishing relationships with key stakeholders across Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Strategy and Engineering to communicate and scale stakeholder and employee involvement initiatives
- Partner with the team and recruiting on D+I hiring efforts
- Other business management activities and duties as assigned and appropriate
- Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion with previous experience in the space
- Excellent organizational skills
- Amazing listening and people skills
