- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work well independently and with a team
- Windows server, hardware and application administration, Installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based servers
- Performing PXE boot and Network Boot for applying OS images,
- Maximizes network performance by troubleshooting network problems, outages and responding to alerts in a timely fashion
- Break fix and troubleshoot HP, WCS Hardware, Extensive expert technical knowledge of HP Server hardware subsystems
- Perform Level 3 Hardware Investigations, Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for Windows Server, HP Storage administration
- Experience with the following models is desired: Hardware: HP Proliant and Blade Servers , Network switches and Cisco solutions
- Troubleshooting client/server, network problems, routing, switching; collaborating with network team and data center teams.
