Purpose of the Team: This team is a design team working on Windows 365, specifically designing for the Windows app.
Key projects: This role will contribute to the design work for Windows 365, specifically focusing on the Windows app. They will be involved in UX design, motion design, and visual design tasks. .
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 1) 20%: Meetings and collaboration with other designers and product managers 2) 80%: Heads-down time working on design tasks using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Additional Skills & QualificationsResponsibilities:
You will collaborate with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure design quality. Under guidance, you’ll also contribute to visual designs by producing the visual language for a product.
You will create wireframes, journey maps, user scenarios, and other design elements to support interaction design. You’ll also participate in product UX improvements by creating interaction models.
Takes ownership of a sub-system from concept to delivery in conjunction with peers and under the guidance of senior team members. Understands the relationship between sub-system and overall product architecture to ensure all parts work well with the whole product. Facilitates the creative hardware product
You will clearly communicate your work to peers and managers within your immediate team. Working alongside a senior team member, you will also create a compelling narrative for a specific product or feature.
You will help creative team members, program managers, and developers define product features. You’ll participate in one study at a time as you help deliver product design results.
You will help craft new design components and refine our design systems
You will work directly with Program Managers, Engineers, and other product team members to deliver high quality Design work to be built and shipped to the world.
QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
OR 2-4+ years of designing high quality digital product experiences end-to-end
Experience with industry standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photohop, After effects as examples)
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interac
