What You Will Do:This role involves performing engineering tasks within operations and production settings. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of automated test systems and software used in the manufacturing of defibrillator products and accessories. The individual will plan, design, and estimate time and costs while overseeing the construction and maintenance of test systems, and components. You will provide production support functions, including yield improvement, process optimization, failure analysis, training, and troubleshooting

You will participate in test system design activities, including test specification development, test system maintenance, and hardware and software design and implementation to test products and ensure quality

You will participate in the integration, verification, and validation of test systems

You will support our sustaining engineering teams for continuous improvement of product operation and performance

You will provide Design for Testability (DFT) input to product development teams, and analyze test coverage across multiple test technologies for PCBA manufacturing and test

What You Will Need:Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related discipline

Experience in developing manufacturing test specifications, including interface requirements, test flow and strategy, measurement accuracy, and acceptance criteria.

Experience or training in software development using text-based language such as C/C/C#, Visual Basic, etc.

Experience with common test instrumentation and equipment

Experience in development of test software for a manufacturing environment, using test development tools and languages including LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and .NET

Experience with medical product verification, qualification, and validation requirements

Experience with statistical methods in test (GaugeRR, Capability Analysis, Statistical Process Control)

$69k - $139k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
