Description:

Purpose of the Team: This team is a social learning program for all managers. They create an experience that managers can interact with throughout the year and offer virtual, hybrid, and in-person options for managers to engage with this experience.

Key projects: This role will contribute to Back office support on stakeholder management, asset management, meeting management, and calendar management.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:

Monitoring and maintaining an alias and checking registrations for events.

Drafting copy for teams posts and communications.

Managing a general meeting calendar and coordinating with stakeholders.

Working with the operations team and the designers on the asset refresh project.

Maintaining and editing the SharePoint site for the program.

Candidate Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's is preferred, Writing background is a plus!

The ideal resume would contain experience in project management, especially in learning and development programs or projects, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can draft promotional copy and edit SharePoint sites.

Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, SuccessFactors, and the OR Learning management system.

A writing background or some writing samples to showcase their skills
