DescriptionProject Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.The Role: Customer Device Services owns the Kuiper outdoor unit device management experience, ensuring that devices continuously operate without customer intervention. We're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to own multiple programs that span Kuiper's Software & Networking organization.Export Control Requirement:Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Redmond, WA, USABasic Qualifications

7+ years of technical product or program management experience

10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

5+ years of software development experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
