Job Summary Responsible for administrative support of the Maintenance Department. The Maintenance Department performs recurring monthly landscape services. This role includes facilitating the purchase or sale of goods or services, equipment, materials, supplies, or products. Supporting Account Managers with contract recordkeeping, scheduling, and vendor management. Responsibilities and Duties
Ordering and tracking needed items such as cell phones, license plates, fuel cards, PPE, etc.
Management of Purchase Orders
Perform weekly credit card reconciliation and process employee reimbursement requests.
Knowledge of some construction and maintenance procedures is preferred, but not required.
A working knowledge of bidding processes, contract terminology, and invoicing is preferred, but not required.
Professional organizational and planning skills with the ability to follow through on multiple on-going projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Procore and Acumatica is a plus.
Comfortable working alone with limited supervision. While any position at Teufel is within a team environment, this position is one where the ideal candidate works well on their own and around others.
Assist with planning employee appreciation activities and staff meetings.
Other duties as necessary/assigned.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
