• MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and building a production-level data or web application.
• Experience in building frontend and backend web applications from the ground up using modern technologies – from gathering requirements, design, build, deploy, and ownership.
• Good experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, Rest APIs, AWS, Docker, SQL, Microservices
• Front-end development experience with expert knowledge of technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, ReactJS, Angular, etc.
• Strong quality mindset and proven experience with testing practices and philosophy.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills to plan and work towards the team’s long term goals and roadmaps

• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g. Git, Maven, Gradle, Bamboo, Jenkins)
• Ability to explain and present details to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to drive cross-team technical discussions and decision making.
• Experience working with data management and MarTech platforms
• A strong DevOps backgrounds

• Design and develop messaging & targeting data platforms using the latest front and backend technologies.
• Running and supporting software in production
• Participate in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from ideation to specification to release.
