Description:The main function of a Data Center Water and Wastewater Development Manager is to coordinate with other teams to ensure an end-end coordinated delivery of any critical water and/or wastewater improvements needed for data center development. They will be a key player in the strategy development, execution, and site development of the projects.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of Data center real estate. Coordinate with other teams to ensure an end-end coordinated delivery of any critical water and/or wastewater improvements needed for data center development. Responsible for driving cross team delivery in the review, due diligence, and design of water and wastewater projects to support data centers. Assist in the strategy development, execution, and site development of various projects.Skills: Advanced knowledge of Water and Wastewater Design. Working knowledge of a broad range of Commercial Real Estate aspects including acquisition processes, design, and construction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related degree preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience.
