Our client is currently seeking a qualified Program Manager 2 to join their team remotely. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver on program s communication plan
- Extract relevant content from variety of sources and compile communications targeted for various stakeholders, from community members to senior leadership, with appropriate level of details
- Serve as a Subject Mater Expert on program community tools
- Serve as a liaison with a devices team
- Manage the implementation and enhancements of community tools, from articulation of business requirements to validation, change and management plan, definition, and execution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and program leadership team to define and execute strategy and plans
- Create and execute adoption and change management plans to drive clarity and deliver on the priorities defined
- Serve as an advocate and champion for program community leadership teams by surfacing needs and gaps, and actively work to prioritize, design, and lead strategies leveraging a diverse network and partnerships
- Document and promote best practices to enable leadership roles
- Use data-driven insights and learnings to inform the direction and activity within designated community portfolio as well as influence overall approach, evolution, and innovation
- Identify, engage, and champion individual contributor leaders to serve in community leadership roles and positions to foster communities grounded in diversity and inclusion
- Bachelor s degree or relative experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management and / or relationship management functions
- Experience working in a matrix organization preferred
- Strong, collaborative team player
- Demonstrates the ability to synthesize and share information to position themselves and the team to build upon the work and ideas of others for success
- Excellent communication skills to guide senior leaders and leadership teams through the impact of decision alternatives to accomplish targeted outcomes
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority and deal with ambiguity
- Must have good problem-solving, process improvement and decision-making skills
- Proven leadership ability to create clarity and generate energy, coupled with the demonstrated ability to deliver success through others
- Strong program management and organizational skills with attention to detail
