Retail Cashier and Customer Service, Full Time
Overview:
As a Retail Cashier and Customer Service Associate you will be the first and last impression upon our customers
and are expected to model the professional and friendly behavior that mirrors the company’s core values. Accuracy,
effective communication and excellent customer service skills combine to provide that the customer has a most
satisfying experience. Full attention and awareness of all customers is expected to maintain a pleasant
environment. Representatives are expected to seek answers to customer inquiries, find resolution to problems to
create lasting customers and deter theft. Cashiers and Customer Service Associates are expected to engage in
activities as directed to maintain a customer ready sales floor.
Key Accountabilities:
Greet each customer as they enter the customer service area for assistance and thank them as they exit
Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls to ensure minimum wait time
Teamwork oriented with the ability to work in a product learning environment
Review and offer rewards program to develop greater value and repeat customers
Strong sense of pride and responsibility for the maintenance and organization of counter areas
Maintain organized back stock area of transfers and special orders
Maintain high awareness of surroundings to provide safe and secure environment
Skills Summary:
Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to operate the POS system with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly
learning new procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services, and use this knowledge to inspire customers to
make purchases
Ability to meet or exceed customer service standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening and weekend availability
General willingness to get the job at hand done to meet company needs
This position does not have a remote worker option.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and bend, twist and reach repeatedly throughout shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry items short distances
