We Need Siding/Interior Trim Workers

Growing local builder looking for motivated, skilled, or novice laborer to help with Siding, Decking, Framing, and other tasks in building new residential homes and Siding on new single and multi-family homes. We have a great deal of work located throughout the Pullman, Moscow, and surrounding areas year round.
Experience is not necessary. Willing to hire for attitude and ambition, then train for needed skills.
Candidates who have experience in fiber cement and LP siding preferred. Experience in construction areas of decking, windows, framing, and finish carpentry a plus. Higher pay available to candidates who have experience in siding and/or trim carpentry that are able to work without extensive supervision.
This is for a long term, full-time position that runs through the entire year. Work hours are variable depending on daylight with some work on weekends available.

- Capable of lifting at least 80lbs frequently.

Hourly starting pay - DOE
Production bonuses and wage increases available for motivated employees.
Steady work throughout the year.
