We're hiring! Our kitchen is looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team part-time (20–25 hours/week). Position: Prep Cook
Hours: 20–25 hours/week (must be available mornings and weekends)
Location: One World Cafe
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling
Follow recipes and prep lists accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep station and storage areas
Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties as needed
Communicate clearly with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
1+ year of professional kitchen experience required
Strong knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation: Based on experience
