In this role you will provide administrative support for the SEL Health Clinic to support high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced environment - managing incoming phone calls, welcoming and checking in patients, maintaining several provider calendars, all while maintaining the utmost care and compassion for patients. Medical billing experience is a plus! As an Administrative Assistant, a typical day might include the following:
Maintain and assist with intra/interdivisional information flow of correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, databases, and filing systems.
Prepare and code forms for purchasing supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and reconcile travel arrangements.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to coordinate and prepare for meetings, customer visits and trainings.

Related associate degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail

Pay Range Data
New hires generally start between $19.00 - $28.00. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for position is $18.89 - $28.32. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
