Digilent is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Pullman office. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
Process customer orders using PC-based tools including programs such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, ERP system, and Fedex shipping tools.
Provide customer support and feedback through website, phone and email, for questions relating to shipping confirmation, tracking numbers, invoice requests and resolving problems with orders or website.
Assist with RMA's (merchandise returns and replacements)
Answer telephones and greet walk-in customers and guests.
Management of paperwork and filing.
Help plan and execute office parties and lunch meetings including set up and cleanup.
Organize and order office supplies and any other tasks as directed.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with computers, email, and QuickBooks a plus
Detail oriented
Good communications skills
Enjoy working with other people
Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Mon to Fri
Pay: $14/hr
