Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately proofing, processing and posting sales orders, inventory transfers, input of daily inventory readings, along with researching and correcting discrepancies. Assist with monthly fuel and oil inventory counts, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and maintain and update spreadsheets using advanced skills in Excel.
Key Job Responsibilities:
45% Create sales orders, production orders, purchase orders, generate and process invoices, create and edit other documents as needed.
25% Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering the phones promptly. Prepare orders for walk-in customers, get products from the warehouse for pick-up by customers, take orders over the phone, take payments, and assist customers by creating reports and receipts for their records.
10% Research and correct discrepancies of daily sales and monthly lube inventories.
10% Ship and bill out oil samples. Add or remove equipment and create sub-accounts as needed.
10% Maintain and update spreadsheets. Input daily driver work hours. Perform other duties, projects, etc. as assigned by supervisor.
Compensation:
We offer a starting wage of $16.00 - $18.00 depending on experience and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental and vision, FSA, HSA, life and disability insurance, 401k with company match and paid time off.
