As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our Plant Operations team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of warehouse products. Job Specifications:- Job Type: Full-time- Location: Preston, WA- Pay Rate: $22/hour (pay raise after 520 hours)- Shift: 1st Shift; 3Am-3:00pm (4-12 hour shifts) rotating day off during the week and weekends off Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate all forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Collect, load, ship, and receive warehouse products
Perform pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment
Manage product consolidation and rotation, following FIFO standards
Stack products safely and accurately according to standards
Perform cycle count, inbound receipt, and outbound sales orders using an RD scanner
Follow all dock safety procedures and ensure loads are properly secured
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to GMP and housekeeping standards
Assist in inventory cycle counting
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and SQF practices
Complete other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of forklift driving experience, warehouse experience preferred
WMS experience is a plus
Ability to accommodate overtime, work different shifts, and weekends as needed
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
