Description We are in search of an experienced HR Generalist to join our team based in Port Townsend, Washington. The HR Generalist will be responsible for the implementation of HR goals, maintaining up-to-date employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is in the industry of Human Resources and will be located at our office in Port Townsend.Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation and coordination of HR department objectives and systems. Maintain updated, relevant job descriptions. Monitor employee leave and disability accommodations, providing necessary assistance. Contribute to the development and enforcement of company policies, procedures and programs. Support management in tracking employee injuries, leave and workers' compensation claims. Assist HR staff in managing and tracking employee benefits, making recommendations for improvements when necessary. Ensure compliance with Affordable Care Act regulations. Administer data and records management systems, ensuring up-to-date and compliant data entry and archiving. Maintain adherence to records retention and confidentiality requirements and best practices.
