Seeking a skilled tile and stone subcontractor.
I'm an established tile and stone installation contractor on the Olympic Peninsula. I mostly do high end residential new construction projects. I'm needing some help with current and upcoming projects for this year and bookings into next year. I'm looking to find another installer who has some downtime that I could bring on to help with some of my projects when needed. I have lots of new construction tile work available. All work is within the Sequim and Port Angeles area.
Pay is by the hour @ $40.00-$50.00 per hour dependent on experience, skill level, and efficacy of work.
Requirements:
-must have own tools and transportation
-must be licensed, bonded and insured in WA state and be able to show proof upon request
-minimum 10 years experience in tile and stone industry
-must have experience in the installation of Schluter System products, Laticrete products and Wedi products
-must know how to do mud work (floors and shower pans)
-must be have knowledge of and be willing to follow TCNA standards for all tile and stone installations
- must be experienced with epoxy grout or be willing to learn
-no smoking on my job sites
- must be professional at all times
-must be courteous, respectful, and thoughtful when dealing with clients or other trades onsite
-must be willing to preform high quality workmanship
