EcoWater Northwest (based in Vancouver, WA), is growing their Clean Water Plumbing team! We specialize in residential Water Filtration, Water Heaters, and whole home re-pipes. We are also teamed with a large Big Box store selling and installing water filtration systems. We are seeking additional plumbers in the states of Washington and Oregon in the Portland, Vancouver, Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle markets.
We are looking to fill an immediate plumbing position with these skills/requirements:
Must be a Licensed Journeyman plumber.
Experience in installing water filtration, water heaters and whole home re-pipes.
Motivated and dependable.
Good communication skills.
Excellent work ethic including leadership skills and the ability to self-manage and complete all jobs in a timely manner.
Good customer service and relations skills.
Must work well with others and be a positive team player.
Willingness to put in extra hours including possible overnight stays for big jobs.
This is a full-time position. We will provide a company vehicle and most tools. Prepare to work singly on simple plumbing jobs or in a team setting leading a two-man+ crew on water treatment, water heaters and installations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is $35 to $45 dollars per hour based upon licensing and experience, plus generous bonuses / commissions based upon installations.

Accrued paid vacation (up to 1 week the first year, up to 2 weeks the second year).
Paid time and a half for over 40 hours/week.
