Fort Worden Hospitality is seeking a Group and Events Sales Manager to lead the group and event sales division, delivering seamless, high-quality service and production for group sales and events guests. The team member uses a combination of high-touch customer service, project management and consultive selling to retain, enhance and expand recurring events while also generating new business via lead development, cold-calling, and email outreach.
In this role, you coordinate a portfolio of events while working cross-functionally with other operational leaders to establish efficient group events workflows that enhance collaboration, develop standard operating procedures, processes, and communication protocols, and identify solutions to service challenges and opportunities for service improvement all in pursuit of a high-quality guest experience.
