Summary:
The Logistics and Operations Manager focuses on ensuring JCFBA locations meet operational standards and maintain food handling compliance, works with volunteers to manage inventory, and oversees the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Location: Port Hadlock, WA + travel in Jefferson County and neighboring counties as needed.
Schedule: This role offers a flexible schedule and some ability to work from home as needed. Our food banks operate Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday; you should expect to be available during those times.
Compensation: The hourly pay rate for this position is between $25.00 and 27.00 DOE/DOQ. The average work week is 35 hours. A stipend of $300 for health benefits per month is offered. We offer time off for federal holidays, your birthday, two weeks’ vacation, and accrued sick leave.
