Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Factory Worker to join our production team. You will help create high-quality door panels using our patented technology. No prior woodworking or forklift experience is required — we will train the right person. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work with your hands, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with building and assembling door panels
Learn and use woodworking tools and equipment safely
Move materials and products around the shop (forklift training provided)
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow production instructions and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Willingness to learn woodworking and forklift operation
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable and punctual
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Team player with a positive attitude
