We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help support daily operations, manage workflow, and assist in leading our production or administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the production team
Support the General Manager with planning, scheduling, and project tracking
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of products and customer service
Help train, supervise, and motivate staff
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments
Monitor inventory, shipments, and materials needed for production
Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and compliance checks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Experience in manufacturing or construction industries
