ABOUT THE ROLE

The Logistics Manager plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of Art Toolkit's logistics operations, including hands-on work and administrative duties such as strategic inventory management, production coordination, and shipping fulfillment. This position is based in our primary facility and requires regular interaction with team members, suppliers, and shipping partners. The Logistics Manager has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

ABOUT YOU

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Experience with inventory management systems and processes.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency with inventory management software.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to lift and move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to sit or stand for long periods, ascend/descend stairs, walk, use hands for fine motor skills, balance, bend and sit, and talk or hear.
