Job Title: Direct Service Staff

Responsibilities:
Under the intermittent supervision of the Program
Administrator and the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor,
the Direct Service Staff will exercise immediate supervision, training,
and or Support services to the participant of Kitsap Tenant Support
Services Program. The Staff will help the participant to learn his/
her abilities to perform the various responsibilities involved to live
in a manner consistent with the general citizenry.
Duties:
Provide training, supervision, and/or support to each client
Participant to include, but not limited to the following areas:
Personal Safety
Community resources
Health and personal hygiene
Communication/basic literacy skills
Food and nutrition
Home management
Shopping
Money management and budgeting
Behavior and interpersonal relationships
Transportation
Leisure time
Establishing a residence
Maintain records, review, and prepare reports.
Perform other duties as required by Program.
Administrator and Program Supervisor
Minimum
Qualifications:
Completion of a 12th grade education and one year experience in providing care of the developmentally disabled. Exceptions to the number of years of experience may be granted by the Program Administrator
Do you meet the below job requirements? Have a reliable vehicle to transport clientele, current
Washington state driver’s license and current auto insurance with required limits. (Required) Pass a criminal background check (Required)
Rate of Pay:
Direct Service Staff positions are part-time and full-time. Positions paid hourly with shift hours and assigned workdays. The rate of pay is $22.75 per hour.
