WHO WE ARE:
Ridgeline Homecare Cooperative (RHC) is Clallam County's first worker-owned homecare cooperative. RHC's in-home caregivers provide services to our community seniors and people with disabilities, keeping them safe and comfortable in their homes.
We believe that Caregivers do their best when they feel respected and valued for their work.
As a cooperative, our Caregivers are the owners of the business and have a say in how the business operates. That's why our Caregivers have flexible schedules, member benefits, a voice in business decisions, professional development and more!
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows the homecare Plan of Care developed for each client by Ridgeline Homecare Cooperative
- Assists clients with personal care, which may include bathing, shampooing, shaving, toileting, dressing, transfers, ambulation and positioning.
- Performs household services essential to the client's safety and care including - laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation and shopping.
- Performs only the tasks defined in the homecare Plan of Care for the client and observes, documents, and reports any changes in the clients condition. May assist with medication reminders as indicated in the homecare Plan of Care.
- Reports to the Administrator any changes in the clients mental or physical condition as well as changes in the clients' need for care.

-Interested in growing as a business owner as well as profit sharing
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least eighteen (18) years of age
-Able to pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, BCCU background check and fingerprint check
-HCA/CNA Certification -or- successful completion of initial and continuing state training requirements
For In-House Assistants, no certification/state training required
