Olympic ABA is a small company focused on providing quality intervention, training, and support through play and positive learning opportunities building on the strengths of children ages 1-18 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We provide compassionate and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy in homes, communities and schools, focusing on the skills that build on strengths and are meaningful for the child and family.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Behavior Technicians (BT’s) provide skilled instruction and behavior reduction protocols though play and building on children’s special interests. BT’s implement programs developed by the BCBA and are provided regular ongoing supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (full list available upon request):
Work independently one-on-one with clients to implement instruction and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect, record, and summarize data
Write visit summaries
Prepare materials as needed
Maintain client confidentiality
Collaborate with treatment teams
Willing to participate in additional training

BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS;
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license
High school diploma or GED
We are willing to train a candidate without prior experience
