Accepting applications for Experienced line cook. For Two Busy Restaurants
Requirements and Working Conditions:
Have Washington State Food Handler's Permit and follow all guidelines
Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Able to work effectively within a team.
Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.
Basic English reading and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Able to work in elevated temperatures.
Be reliable, responsible, consistent, flexible, detail oriented, willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions as well as ability to complete assigned projects within time constraints
Be Drug Free
Be able to handle high volume during busy times with a sense of urgency yet maintain plate presentation, safety and sanitation
Be friendly and courteous to guests and team members
Show pride in their work/work stations
