Seeking congenial companion & light assistance for able 85yo client to:
Encourage activity;
Serve healthy, simple meals (no "ultra-processed") .
In tandem, assist with:
Light tasks related to household, vehicle;
Grocery list, shopping, meal-prepping, & errands;
Taking of vitamins, water, etc.;
Transportation as desired or needed by client;
Initiating: pleasant meals & conversation; companionship at local events & walks in the neighborhood, parks, beaches; calls/texts.
Five days weekly, averaging 4 hours of intermittent one-on-one, much of it around mealtimes.
Must be honest, trustworthy:
Reliably punctual, positive, clean, tidy, healthy, & wise;
Able to lift up to 40 pounds, legally drive, pass background & driving checks;
Adequate in English communications.
No drug, alcohol usage. Tobacco, vaping: ok off premises.
