Maintenance Manager Wanted

Looking for hard working, driven Maintenance Manager for a 54 unit Low Income Tax Credit property in Port Angeles. Would prefer applicant has experience with electrical and some plumbing knowledge. Applicants should have knowledge of power tools and access to some of their own tools the property may not have. This position fluctuates between 25-40 hours a week depending on tasks needing completed. Construction knowledge and friendly demeanor are a plus. Must be able to keep professional attitude when working on property. Maintain outside and inside of all units, prep for inspections and more. All applicants must pass a background screening prior to being offered employment. Compensation and benefits depends on experience and will be discussed during interview.
