Express is now hiring for a Production Associate at a Woodworking Manufacturing company based out of Lacey, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be days from 8:00AM-4:30PM. The compensation for this position will be $20/hr. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical/Dental, Vision and vacation are a part of the benefits package.Job Duties:
This position will perform tasks to build doors and other millwork products.
Operate chops saws, table saws, rip saws, hand saws and nail guns.
Operate various pneumatic tools and drills.
Goal orientated with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines and production goals.
Team orientated with the ability to work cohesively as positive team player.
Maintain a safe and clean workspace, free of debris and correctly store and secure work tools, equipment and materials to remain in compliance with OSHA.
Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum 1 year of interior wood/lumber experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift between 50-75lbs, twist, stand and reach for the entire shift.
Able to work flexible hours as needed to include occasional overtime.
Sit down forklift experience preferred.
Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
