Salary: $4,740.00 - $6,384.00 Monthly

Develop, update, and maintain land use master contract templates
Track and respond to one-time change requests for template alterations
Develop, update, and maintain the Aquatic Resources Procedure Manual
Coordinate training for the program including ongoing courses such as Aquatic Land Boundaries and Attorney house calls.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree involving major study in public administration, business administration, business law, education, natural resources, environmental studies, or other closely related field;
AND 2 years of relevant professional experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience developing, negotiating, administering, or terminating government contracts, contract property management, or contract compliance.
Ability to follow directions.
Team player.
Awareness of organizational and political landscape.
Must be able to ask questions and communicate within a team dynamic.
Ability to collaborate with professional staff, attorneys, and managers to develop and maintain contracts and procedures.

Organization and detail.
Business software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; and Develop.
Maintaining, organizing, and managing documents using Microsoft SharePoint, or other equivalent online file-sharing platforms;
