We are seeking motivated professional with AI/Generative AI expertise and great understanding of IC design verification and semiconductor industry trends.The AI Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the entire Siemens EDA product portfolio. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI and strong product management skills to ensure that products meet market needs and align with business objectives.The Siemens EDA product portfolio enables customers to build a comprehensive digital twin, which blurs the boundaries between virtual and physical, hardware and software, as well as design and manufacturing worlds.Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for generative AI initiatives.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering across Siemens EDA BUs, data science, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful rollout of AI enabled solutions with product market fit.

Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the generative AI space.

User-Centric Design: Ensure products are designed with user needs in mind, gathering feedback to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

2 years minimum experience in product management, particularly in AI or software development.

Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Core Product Management Skills:

Understanding product lifecycle management.

Proficiency in market research and user experience design.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL-E).

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data processing.

Prompt Engineering:

Skills in crafting effective prompts for AI models to generate desired outputs.

Business Acumen:

Ability to align AI product strategies with overall business goals.

Understanding of unique value propositions (UVPs) for AI products.

Collaboration and Communication:

Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.

This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring Siemens EDA’s AI enabled products deliver value to users and the business.This position requires to work with multiple cross-functional core teams across Siemens EDA BUs comprising of R&D, product engineering, product managers & sales to drive AI enabled solutions with focus on technology differentiation, deployment, and customer success to achieve overall Siemens business objectives.This role would be hybrid at any Siemens EDA US office. Transform the EverydayThe salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
