We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor - Posting #25558Annual Salary: $82,000Position Summary:Full-Time Clinical Supervisoravailable immediately for our Behavioral Health Site in Oak Harbor, WA. Our Island County Behavioral Health Program offers in-office and school based services. The Clinical Supervisor will support and report to one core site and have additional sites assigned for supervisory duties.The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of clinical staff; intern supervision; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting Program Manager with hiring and staff evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; carrying a small case load of clients to provide direct care; and other duties as needed.Qualifications and/or Requirements:
Master's degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
Mental Health Professional; certification as a Mental Health Specialist as prescribed by WAC, is preferred.
Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Licensed status is preferred (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW). If not licensed, must hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License (may be pending for up to 60 days if applied for within 7 days of being offered employment) or mental health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and/or Clinical Social Worker).
At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish also preferred, but not required.
