Description We're in search of a seasoned Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our closely-knit, family-oriented team. This individual will have a significant role in promoting and implementing human resources values by managing human resources programs, as well as advancing human resources practices and objectives that will champion an employee-oriented, high performance culture.Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.

Participating in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Managing the recruitment & selection process.

Oversee and manage a work environment that encourages positive work relations, a high level of employee morale, and motivation.

SALARY: $93,000 - $99,000 BENEFITS OFFERED:

Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered. Very low out of pocket.

Other Insurance: Life and AD& D

Retirement Plan: 401k

PTO plan based on company tenure. 0-5 years received 30 days or 264 hours of PTO

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of proven working experience in the capacity of an HR Generalist.

Detailed knowledge and understanding of FMLA/L& I regulations.

Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, and on/off boarding.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional skills in recruitment, on/offboarding, compensations, benefits administration, and overall HR management.

Previous experience in mentoring/training would be highly desirable.

A bachelor's degree in any field is a must. Any certification in HR would be a valuable addition.

This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday with a flexible start time of either 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
