Part Time Reserve Study Project Manager – Remote Position
Job Summary
Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC, a Washington State based firm providing reserve studies to condominium and homeowner associations, is looking to add a part time Project Manager to our team. Project Managers are responsible for visiting client sites for limited inspection purposes, interacting with clients to obtain the data necessary for completion of the report and preparation of the final reserve study document. Our project managers are strategically located throughout Washington State in proximity to client locations and this is a work from home position with travel to client sites. Potential candidates must reside within Central Washington. This is a part time position ranging from 20-30 hours per week depending on workload.
Responsibilities
Travel to homeowner association and condominium association clients to inspect, photograph and quantify (measure/count) physical assets.
Travel to clients is typically a local day trip however periodic farther overnight trips may be required.
Communicate with clients via email and/or telephone to obtain data necessary for report.
Enter data into reserve study preparation software.
Complete reserve study report & convey to client.
Attend periodic video conference meetings with client.
Other projects and support as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work independently.

Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize and organize efficiently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and research data necessary for report completion.
Basic understanding of building construction materials and methods.
Basic understanding of budgets and financial statements.

Compensation
Starting pay $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, DOE

Training & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or similar required
Experience in construction, building inspection, finance, budgeting or accounting preferred

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the candidate is required to stand, walk, sit, climb and descend ladders and stairs, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, work at a desk and on a computer for extended periods of time, and listen attentively. The candidate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Candidate must be able and willing to work outside in all forms of weather and terrain. Candidate must be able and willing to walk on flat roofs.
Remote Position
This position is a remote work from home position and Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC will not provide an office location. Candidate will need to have a work space with reliable internet connections, and quiet location for video conferences.
Personal Vehicle Required
Candidate will need their own reliable vehicle for travel to homeowner association and condominium association clients for site visit and inspection work, and meetings.
