Wear-Tek is a steel foundry and machine facility located in Spokane, WA. We are currently looking for full time, long term employees to work in our foundry. This is a dirty and labor intensive job; however we have an excellent team of knowledgeable and dedicated people pulling towards the common goal of being profitable. LIST OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new maintenance skills and abilities
Proactively report observations of equipment condition
Conduct preventative maintenance and routine checks on production equipment
Assist the Maintenance Shift to respond to equipment breakdowns
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Read and understand service manuals
Listen and communicate well, learn new jobs quickly, and work cooperatively with other members of the team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Foundry Experience
High school diploma or GED
Positive Attitude
Mechanical aptitude
Machine lubrication experience
Welding experience
Maintenance experience
SCHEDULE:
Full time M-F with some weekends
Currently considering for all shifts.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
$18 per hour to start, frequent raises up to $25.00/HR (Previous experience considered)

Monthly profit sharing after 90 days
