We are seeking an experienced day shift CNC Machinist and or experienced CNC operator to join our team in Moses Lake for a fulltime 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM position at the largest Machine shop in Grant County WA. We will also consider the employment of a part time experienced CNC Career Machinist. Offering great pay for good Machinists.Wages are $20.-$30. an hour and higher D.O.E.
About The Position
Responsible for Set-UP and operation of CNC Mills, Lathes, Manual equipment and Grinders. Work closely with CNC programmer and engineer.
Run conventional and CNC lathes and mills Grinders, Hobs, and Shapers of various types
Read blueprints, interpret GD&T and perform machining math. Other tasks and duties as required
Qualifications
- 3 years’ recent, verifiable CNC machinist experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of CNC equipment capability and daily maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to perform mid-level math skills efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of inspection equipment such as; calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
- Familiar with use of Fanuc CNC controls.
- Self-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion dates.
