Job Title: Temporary Planner 1 (6-month duration)Location: Marysville, WAShift: 1st Shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to FridayPay Rate: $25-$25 per hourPossibility of Conversion to Direct HireJob Overview:We are seeking a Planner 1 for a temporary position (approximately 6 months) to support production planning activities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of products. This role will involve generating schedules, material lists, and production plans while ensuring smooth material flow and production alignment. The Planner will collaborate with stakeholders, manage demand and supply, and maintain accurate documentation.Key Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and create Bills of Materials.

Evaluate shortages and implement timely solutions while keeping stakeholders informed.

Analyze demand and plan supply accordingly, managing supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance.

Ensure material flow and production activities align with project needs.

Review engineering drawings and coordinate necessary changes.

Support testing and certification for new programs.

Maintain engineering revision control and data accuracy within the ERP system.

Collaborate with teams regarding lead times, planning, and related items.

Participate in operational improvement activities.

Perform basic problem-solving tasks and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Maintain flexibility and assist with other tasks as needed, including overtime.

Basic Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly and develop new competencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Planning or logistics certification.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in supply chain or logistics.

MRP system experience.

Ability to read and interpret engineering prints.
