Job Title: CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, creating work orders in service and accounting software, verifying project readiness, and processing field technicians’ timesheets for HR and billing. Additional duties include managing prevailing wage paperwork, making travel arrangements for Alaska technicians, ordering and staging parts for fast technician pick-up, coding technicians' company credit card receipts, and booking them for billing. The Coordinator will also obtain required reports and forms from technicians for clients, issue quotes for parts and/or service, process warranties, handle parts return/exchange, perform cost accounting, and manage parts quotes and orders not related to service labor appointments.Hard Skills
