Requisition Number: 84843 Desktop Deployment Technician- Onsite in Spokane, WA

Insight Enterprises is seeking Desktop Deployment Technicians to work onsite supporting our large healthcare provider in Spokane, WA. This position will require all candidates have up to date and current vaccinations records, including Covid vaccination and Flu shot (please see full list below).

This position will be supporting a desktop refresh project (Win 7 to Win 10 Migration) and new Win 10 deployment as well as connecting peripherals. This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity, that can convert to a permanent hire.

Please Note: This position will be onsite in Spokane, WA. All candidates must be able to commute to work onsite. The pay for this role is dependent on experience, though in the realms of 35.00 to 40.00 an hour for the right fit.

Candidates must have records/proof of all vaccinations listed below:

TB
COVID 19 - Vaccine ID Card - Must be fully vaccinated or have already started the process by 9/30. All new techs must be fully vaccinated when they start.
MMRV Vaccines (likely received as a child)
Hepatitis B Vaccination
Annual Flu Vaccination
TDA- Tetanus Vaccination, within the last 10 years

What you need to be successful in this role:

The ideal candidate should have relevant 5 years' experience in Windows Desktop support with hands-on experience as deskside/onsite support/local IT engineer.
Must have experience in setting up user mailboxes, USMT, Microsoft Operating System installation and troubleshooting skills.
Must have experience in troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must have desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts skills in Desktops, Workstations, Moving Hardware (desktop /switch/ cables etc.) from storeroom to imaging area or any location.

5 years of experience in a fast-moving IT operations and support environment
USMT, migration, AD and imaging experience

Microsoft Desktop OS support and remote administration
Ability to diagnose and if necessary, repair PC software faults
Network connectivity troubleshooting skills and windows troubleshooting experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
